A friendly and clean environment at Lakewood Manor is important to the members. There are many opportunities to join in social activities, organized as well as impromptu, in our spacious lounge.

Lakewood Manor is a Housing Co-operative.
A (housing) co-operative is an autonomous association of persons united voluntarily to meet their common economic, social and cultural needs and aspirations through a jointly owned and democratically controlled enterprise. Co-operatives are based on the values of self-help, self-responsibility, democracy, equality, equity and solidarity. In the tradition of their founders, co-operative members believe in the ethical values of honesty, openness, social responsibility, and caring for others.

What is a Housing Co-operative?

Members at Lakewood Manor take pride in their joint ownership of the 50 unit Housing Co-operative located in the Northwest area of Regina, Saskatchewan. The location of Lakewood Manor is within blocks of the Co-op food store and other shops, banks, YMCA, Library, medical facilities, churches, the down town bus routes and park area with walking trails. An ideal resident housing facility, a great community in Regina and great people!
